Each wig is individually made to order and handcrafted with care to ensure a natural finish, perfect structure, and a flawless fit. Production typically takes up to 5 business days.

Once your wig has been completed, it is dispatched via DHL. You will receive your tracking number within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes around 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

 

Total delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 5–7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends).

 

Please note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on Monday, as each unit is made exclusively after purchase. Processing and production times do not include weekends.

Customs delays may occasionally occur depending on the destination country, although DHL Express is a fast and fully tracked service.
